Jennifer is the founder of Amnivara, a full-time energy practitioner, sound channel, instructor, and co-host of Mystical Musings. A natural traveler between worlds, Jennifer explores the places where spirit and matter, energy and embodiment, and the seen and unseen meet.
​
Guided primarily by Archangel Michael, her work is rooted in curiosity, direct experience, and the belief that relationship with spirit is a natural human capacity—not something reserved for a gifted few. Through sound, movement, energy work, and an ever-evolving relationship with guides, ancestors, spirits of place, and the living world, Jennifer invites others to explore what becomes possible when we learn to perceive, trust, and engage with the mystery for ourselves.

Tava Baird
Tava Baird is a Lilithian Dae Magick instructor, author, channel, archaeologist and folk artist who has been a practicing Pagan mentor for nearly forty years. She is the owner of Darkflower Books and Mystical Supply and the co-host of the podcast Mystical Musings, and speaks and teaches at Pagan retreats and conferences all over her area. She acts as a preservation fundraiser, researcher, and consultant for multiple haunted historic sites. Tava resides in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, where she runs a haunted doll rescue and designs unique magickal tools. She delights in building inclusive communities centered around alternative spiritual practice.
