This is not a relaxation focused sound bath or a concert.  The heart of this work is deeply transformational. Story and sound are used as living instruments to invite movement, awareness, and inner shift.

 

No prior spiritual experience is required.  This work is equally powerful for those who are new to spiritual exploration — as long as they are open-minded and curious — and for lifelong spiritual seekers, practitioners of energy medicine, paganism, earth-based traditions, mystical paths, and contemplative practices.  Whether you are just beginning or have walked these paths for decades, you will be met where you are.

Come prepared to engage your own awareness and curiosity. The field responds to your presence. The depth of the experience often reflects the depth of your willingness to be present and open.  You remain sovereign in your experience at all times.  You are invited to engage in whatever way feels authentic and supportive for you in the moment.

This is a channeled event, meaning that as the facilitators of this experience, we each connect with our guides beyond this realm and allow their words, voices, sounds, music, energies, frequencies to flow through us to those present.  We work synergistically with the unseen in support of the participants according to their highest good and most balanced energies.  

 

The guided meditation element is spoken by Tava from the Seraphim Samael, who remains actively engaged throughout the gathering. His guidance arises in direct response to the hearts, questions, and needs of those present.  What is spoken is crafted in real time.  Simultaneously, Archangel Michael and other guiding presences are actively engaged in the sound field created by Jennifer and Keith. The Power of Story is an act of profound trust and surrender to our most trusted guides, and we never cease to be amazed by the depth of their love, support and guidance for all involved.  While we as the human facilitators do not plan or decide what will come through ahead of time, our guides coordinate their efforts and customize what is brought through in a most miraculous way.  Again and again, participants experience the work as deeply personal — the transmissions meeting them precisely where they are on their own unique path. The event unfolds according to the living intelligence of the moment, shaped specifically for the people in the room.

The arc of Live Power of Story events follow a similar structure, providing a sacred container for exploration and healing.  The specific activities or rituals vary, but generally unfold within this shared framework.

Brief Discussion of the Theme of the event

Preparation for the Transmission 

- this may include journaling, personal reflection, movement, etc

Ritual of Release

 - an opportunity to set down the loads you no longer wish to carry, which may include: false stories, limiting beliefs, that which you have outgrown and are ready to shed

Guided Meditative Journey/Sound Transmission, as described above (typically around 45 minutes)

- you may choose to lie on a mat on the floor or sit in a chair as you feel guided and are able

-please bring your own yoga mat, sleeping bag, pillow, chair etc that you wish to use

- this is a time to close your eyes, listen deeply, engage your minds eye as you are guided on a meditative journey by Tava, and held in a resonant field of sound and vibration

Integration of the Experience 

- this will vary but may include allowing your experience to flow onto paper in a myriad of ways, spontaneous movement, sounding and more
